This website is operated by Lee Chee Cheng, a registered estate negotiator (REN 85296) with IQI Realty Sdn Bhd (E (1) 1584/28), Johor Bahru, Malaysia ("I", "me"). This policy explains how I handle personal data in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

What I collect

When you submit the enquiry form or contact me on WhatsApp, I collect the details you provide: your name, mobile number, email address, preferred viewing date and your message. The website may also collect standard technical data (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) through analytics and advertising tools.

How I use it

I use your details only to reply to your enquiry, arrange viewings, send the property information you asked for, and follow up on that enquiry. I do not sell your personal data.

Who I share it with

Where needed to handle your enquiry or purchase, I may share your details with my agency (IQI Realty Sdn Bhd), the project developer's sales office (for example, to register a viewing or booking), and lawyers or financiers you choose to proceed with. Form submissions are processed by my form provider and may be stored on its servers.

This site may use Google Analytics and Google Ads to measure visits and the performance of ads. These services may set cookies and collect information about your use of this and other websites. You can manage ad personalisation at Google Ad Settings and block cookies in your browser.

How long I keep it

I keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting transaction, and for record-keeping required by law, after which it is deleted.
